Did you know that you can't send alcohol to Texas??? For realz. My dad joined a beer of the month club and they said they couldn't ship to Texas, it was a law. So he had it shipped to his parent's house who sent it to him.

Actually, that law would insure alcohol ONLY goes to Texas. Electric chairs, too. |

Are you sure about that? Someone sent me wine before...maybe the companies have to have some sort of alcohol shipping license to ship alcohol from state to state?? I have no idea. that's weird! |

Guess there has been some changes recently but on the state's site it says:
Under current state law, wholesalers / distributors are not authorized to ship wine directly to consumers in Texas.
