Like someone said in this thread, I wouldn't dunk anything on my tea. I do it on coffee and chocolate milk (I don't like plain milk).
And I agree with Anne, Chocolate Digestive sounds like some kind of medicine to me. Apart from that, I really want to try British cookies now!
Chocolate milk! YYYEEEEEAAAAHHHHH! My favorite!
I think digestives are sold only in the baby food aisle now in the US. But they aren't chocolate, they're more like a graham cracker. |

There used to be a comercial here a few years ago with two kids. The older kid tought the small one how to eat them: he first sepparated the two cookies, ate the cream in the middle, then joined the two cookies again and dipped the Oreo in milk. The little kid had a non-spill baby cup, so he couldn't dip the cookie.
i love oreos and that advertisiment (anuncio) |

It's like they said in Pulp Fiction. They have the same stuff over there as they have over here. It's just that everything is a little bit different.
Like when my mom lived in Germany. They had the equivalent of Downy fabric softener over there, but it was yellow instead of blue and had a different girl on the front and a different name, but it was so obviously Downy.
In Japan they have Pringles, but they are something else...Chip Stars, I think.
They have Gator Aid, but they call it Pokari Sweat (something like that--they thought that Gator was gross, but sweat was okay. That was the explanation we got.)
It's the same thing, only different. |

But maybe I'm missing the point of capitalism lol.
I have to point out how humorous I find the name "Chocolate Digestive." It's not particularly catchy. Really anything with "digestive" in its name doesn't sound like something I'll eat unless I am having tummy troubles.
Yeah, maybe not the best name in the world, but then that's what digestive biscuits were originally made to do - cure tummy troubles. And they taste good so who cares. :P
Coca Cola was originally created as a cough medicine. Fortunately, they didn't call it that or we'd all be drinking 'Coca Cough Cure' or summit. |

Totally true Kayte. Another fine example - you have Hershey's bars and we have dog poo! |

We have something very simmilar to those in Argentina too!
They're called Mellizas:
And the chocolate version, Rumba:
And I googled the Chocolate Digestives (I was intrigued by their name haha) and they look like the "Medallones Havanna", they're orange cookies covered with chocolate:
If you want to see delicious argentinian cookies and stuff click here, everything they do is superb.
I love cookies / biscuits / galletitas!!!

I live in the Uk. We have been able to get oreos over here for years. Its just they have only just been introduced properly. First tried them in the US 8 years ago and been buying them here since. I love them with or without milk! |

Jaffa Cakes are orange flavoured cookies?
From the pictures I've seen they don't look much like a cookie, they look more like sponge cake (???) with chocolate. Am I right? |

Yeah, they're more spongey than biscuity. And I don't think what you call cookies are what I would call cookies.
Orange biscuits sound pretty nasty, but I don't like orange flavour much, so that could explain it :) |
