| Lol! Well, it's supposed to be a non-judgemental, "objective" point of view, but she criticized extremes. After all, it's a fact that we all live in this north-americanized (?) culture... there's no point in denying it. It was descriptive but with a touch of irony... |

Well, she's a professional so I'm sure she wouldn't generalize that way. If there's something we're taught in this career is that one thing :oP.
But she certainly did show us the examples that suited the point she was trying to make.
And for the record, I don't know anyone who doesn't fit that stereotype here in Argentina... so she was trashing me as well xD.
I'll let you know if she evolves as a hater :oP.
I'm going to follow Cel's steps.

Apparently I can. Today's class is a seminar called "Configurations of social subjectivity" and we'll do a research about people who live in the surroundings of a place that worked as a concentration camp during the last argentinian dictatorship. My first real investigation ever!
And it's related to one of the other classes I'm taking (I didn't know that when I signed up).
Plus that's what I'd like to do when I get my degree: historical sociology, dictatorships in Latin America...
I'm excited!
The bad thing is that the bibliography is massive.
I'm already 4 books behind for this seminar and I only had one class! But I'm sure it must be a very interesting reading :o)
