we have breakfast around 8-9 am
then lunch by 2-3 pm
and then tea around 5-6-7-8 pm (whenever you want haha)

I was going to have a nice salmon steak, some broccoli, peas and pasta. Healthy
Instead, I went over to my mates house after football, and then we all had takeaway dominos. Oh well |

I had a salad with lettuce, hearts of palm and beans.
Light but enough. And of course, a tea, then. |
