haha i still don't know the myth of the 'cuco' monster...i know some of the argentinian boardies mentioned that's what you hear about as a kid...mexicans have the 'cucuy' which is like the boogey man but worse because he can be anywhere not just under your bed.
funny thing though...there's a dj in l.a. on one of the spanish music radio stations who goes by 'el cucuy'. haha |

El cuco is someone who will come and get you during the night if you don't behave or don't want to go to bed. It's like the boogey man I think.
There's "el hombre de la bolsa" too, but I don't know if him and the cuco are the same person xD.
Duérmete niño, duérmete ya, que viene el cuco y te comerá.
Sleep kid, sleep now, or the cuco will come and eat you.

if you're a bad kid, he'll visit you in the middle of the night and take you in his ugly bag :S and then you dissapear I guess :P honestly the 'cuco' is the best haha |
