what exercise do you do ?
used to be a gymnast and had trainings in the evening but it was so intense i couldn't relax afterwards and sleep.
Till this day i don't exercise late afternoon because i can't sleep at night.
I like yoga and as a teenage liked aerobic.

I mostly do step. I like the way that it's different every time, and you need coordination to do it. Basically, you have to make you two brains work together. Spinning is not my thing, I prefer cycling outside. Apart from that, I also do a bit of body toning here and there, but I prefer getting my pulse up.

I have to say that I'm not that intense. Not intense enough to not being able to sleep because of the excercise... I wouldn't mind doing it all before noon, but since I'm at work it has to be in the early evening.

Glad I'm not the only one without the stamina for a spinning class :o)

Step is very nice, you should give it a go!

Oh God. A windowless office? It has to be very boring to be working, hasn't it?
