I haven't received any message about delay either.. Beginning to get seriously annoyed.. The status now says shipped, but for the price we paid for this I expected better service... |

I was lucky enough to have received mine a few days ago, and that was bad enough, but to still be waiting now is terrible. Sure, delays and problems happen, but to not even inform your customers of such problems is horrible service. |

Still waiting. It says shipped on the 22nd of august, so... I don't know, but it's pissing me off. If they didn't offer the t-shirt and some other exclusive stuff I would have bought the album somewhere else.
I definitely will next time.

I got a parcel notification from the post office yesterday and got a little bit excited, only to find out it was a tshirt for my husband. So, still waiting. |

Finally received mine last Friday, but I feel for everyone who is still waiting.
I actually sent a polite e-mail to Topspin last week. Shockingly, I did not receive a reply. Worse customer service ever. |

Topspin support just keeps ignoring my requests. They have never answered my first one, so I posted another one - same result. They asked for 1 business day for a reply and that was it.
I am both pissed and upset. Worst customer support ever. |
