Isn't copying a form of flattery. I like her cover though it doesn't match the name of her album. C'est la vie. |

Far too similar... My law degree does tell me that if I were in Travis' boots, I'd be suing for copyright unless permission was asked.

Thought about that too, but if it's not the exact same tree and if they do not own the font there's nothing to sue for.

looks very similar... I just don't understand... why a photo in the forest if the album name's The Sea?? communication problems!! Avant garde is a great font, looks good but I always think about Travis when I see that font... whatever, I don't think copy is a form of flattery. Definitely, the album's art is too similar than Travis first albums
