Yes! Well, not exactly from Canada. Like with MTV we have a local thingy. Some years ago they used to play a few of the shows of the Canadian Much Music. The awards and some special shows, stuff like that.
But yes, it's Much Music as in from Canada :oP [/quote]
oh cool. i didnt know that it existed outside of canada. |

First song I heard was WDIAROM in the spring of 2000. Then in September, I saw Storytellers on VH1. It had a real wow-effect so the next morning, I went to buy The Man Who and I've been hooked ever since :o)

In 1997, I bought this compilation album – Spin – which had all the indie artistes from Sony – Creation Records, Independiente etc
Travis was featured on it – with AIWDIR
Also saw the AIWDIR video on MTV (was in Jakarta at that time, I’m from Malaysia btw)
Then in 1999, heard & saw WDIAROM?
Became a fan. Bought The Man Who. & all their other albums ;-)
I missed their gig with Coldplay in 2000 in S’pore. But I went for Singfest last Aug yeay! |
