I'm in! No trouble for me, it loaded first time & has been running happily in the background for 25 mins!

Hi Nikki, nice to see you! Just asked my son for your problem and he said maybe you need some plugins for media player. on the livedome site they say you need this:
Adobe Flash Player Version 9.0.124.0
Windows Media Player Version 11 (für Windows)
Windows Media Firefox Plugin
Windows Media Player Plugin (für Mac OS X)
VLC Player (Linux)
click there on Hilfe for the links! Last song from Polarkreis now! |

I don't know much, but I'll have a go. Nikki, do you have Windows Media Player installed and do you have a reasonable internet connection to listen to audio?
