Ok, here it goes (Hope I understood everything to my mamita =P)
You need maizena (this would be cornstarch), milk , water, a chocolate bar (not too sweet or sugar free), some cracks of cinnamon, sugar (if you can get some piloncillo the taste would be better).
1. Boil water with a cinnamon crack.
2. On another recipient mix one cup of milk with 3-5 spoons (depends on how thick you want it) of maizena until no lumps remain.
3. When the water boils put the maizena mix on there and keep moving the mix constantly (this is very important otherwise the champurrado won't be well made).
4. After a few minutes mixing put some sugar or piloncillo into the maizena-water-milk-cinnamon mix and keep mixing it (until your arm falls off =P). Put a piece of chocolate (not a big piece) melted, keep mixing and moving the mix now called champurrado.
