Swarfega and a bit of coarse sand. (will also take off a load of skin but...)
Or next time use a barrier cream before you start.

I've tried almost everything:
1. Soap
2. Svinto
3. Showering With knifes
etc. etc.
Well the smell seem to have disappeared now :) |

But I kinda like to sniff my hands and it's not so nice when they smell like onions :S Well could be worse, it could be garlic... |
