I'm watching Don't Look Now at the moment. I read the short story a couple of years ago and found it a bit off the wall. So far I like the movie though. |

I think it's an excellent film, it has that whole 1970's vibe running the whole way through and is just creepy enough to be scary, unlike most of today's films which rely to much on gore and blood and less on the psychilogical side.
Another one of Donald Sutherland's great films is Ordinary People.

I was quite impressed by it myself, and I also like Ordinary People. I love 70's films, most movies nowadays have just lost the art of subtlety. |

'You don't mess with the Zohan'
Adam Sandler as an israeli super agent who fakes his death to become a hairdresser...
what more can I say? Ah! Zohan loves Mariah Carey and disco music (well, everybody in the movie loves Mariah and go crazy with the disco disco good good)
has many excesses, but I must admit that I laughed a lot (in the end that is the purpose)
'The Changeling'
No words...
Clint Eastwood is Clint Eastwood... a master!
Wonderful movie and great performance from Angelina Jolie.
Absolutely recommendable

Across the Universe.
It had its moments but overall I thought it was pretty awful.
They should have stuck to the love story and not made "statements" about the 60s. Those numbers made me literally groan out loud.
And the supporting characters seemed pretty useless and did not contribute much to the plot.
