well, i paid $7 something in shipping from Amazon anyways, so that wouldnt be much of a stretch to pay $8 or $9.
I'll look into it tonight. Thanks sandy

can't us uk boardie types help? Like we buy a copy off play.com and then post it over. like a red cross package. It'd be much cheaper for all the us lot that way.

Hey guys! New here, from Philadelphia :) How is everyone doing with this whole Amazon thing? I am about to order one, I can't wait until November either, but hearing about all these delays I am wondering if I should....Any advice?

I havent heard anything since my email about a delay on..tuesday or whenever i posted that. But..i dont think the other 2 amazon-ers have gotten anything about another delay so we might be okay. Sorry i dont have any other info to offer.
Moray, thats a really sweet offer but I dont want to have to put people out while you wait for us pathetic North Americans to send you $$ (pretend that is a pound sign).

Thanks so much for the info...I think I am just going to order one. It’s better than waiting another month for it regardless, right? :) If I get any e-mails from Amazon I will be sure to let you guys know.
I am dying to know when/if they are doing a US tour.... Anyone got the inside track on that? My hubby has never seen them live and I can’t wait to take him :)

oh and the good thing about amazon is that you can cancel it if it does get delayed/if it is already really delayed and they havent told us.
No idea on a tour. Im actually Canadian, but American tour puts them on the right continent. The home page now shows a Japanese tour in Feruary. ERG. COME HERE!

I haven't gotten any emails from Amazon since the Nikki and I got saying it would be delayed. So I am still expecting that it will show up at my house around the 11th.

I will definitely post if I get another delay email. And at that point I probably would just cancel the order and get it from the UK.

I just looked at the posting on Amazon and it now says it is being released Oct 7th, which would put Anne's Oct 11th delivery date as accurate, so perhaps their shipment just got delayed from wherever it is coming from, since it is an import.

Cool! I really hope this works out for all of us! *crosses fingers*

No word yet on a North American tour, by the way. :/ *sigh* I'm getting restless!

Kristy, I was checking the status of my Ode purchase on Amazon yesterday and I think there is an option where you can combine orders together. Don't know if that'll fix the problem or if they'll still charge you shipping twice. ??
