i still haven't got mine, but i ordered it on ticketmaster... there's only one day to go and i'm in a REAL panic now!
i must phone them today .
one question though.
Are you allowed to come with your confirmation card (the billing information, right?)
It says on mine the ticket's been dispatched... so would they still accept the card if they "sent" the ticket?
UGH. one thing is sure. i will never ever buy any tickets via this site. |

| phoned them just now. apparently if i don't get it tomorrow, i can go to the box office at the venue and pick it up there. well, fingers crossed ;] |

I've got a mate that works at the picture house and she says for ticketmaster queries to try their online helpdesk: http://www.ticketmaster.co.uk/h/customer_serve.html, or their customer services number - 08444 999 999. For See tickets she says try 0115 993 4160 (10am-4pm) and that the venue might be able to help with other queries - 0131 221 2280. hope this helps :) i didn't get a ticket for thursday and i'm gutted... |

joke, just phoned up, got printed TODAY and should be there by Tomorrow 1pm BUT i wont be in to sign for it so if the delivery guy doesnt leave a note, im screwed and they will try to get me on list at the door, this is so stupid, at this point they shouldnt even try to send it anymore!

What company did you order your ticket from?
Mine were see tickets, and still waiting.
I won't be in at that time either, and usually "signed for" items have a wait time before you can pick them up. Round my way, it's 48 hours, which will be NO good at all!!!!
There willindeed be a riot if something isn't sorted out.

i got my ticket today, luckily my flatmate who was still asleep when postman came heard the banging that the guy did for a while, i love this postman LOL

Finally got mine from See today - day before the show!!!
I say got, but really I got a Royal Mail note. So... now I have to wait until tomorrow afternoon and get someone to pick them up for me while I'm at work.
What a nightmare!!! |

Maybe a mass boycott of See is in order.
I waited a while for my Travis tickets, but even longer for my Elbow ones. Ordered in July, 2 weeks to gig and still not arrived. Similar scenario unfolding as Travis in Edinburgh I suspect.
Meantime, Ban See Tickets! A little protest never did any harm! :) |
