10 days before is the point when you should ring the agent.
Mine arrived today, thank goodness.
I hate ticketing agents. Not so much because of the wait, but because of the fees. But that's a subject for another thread. |

still don't have mine, two days to go (!!!), i absolutely hate ticketmaster's website, i can't even contact them via e-mail and can't really spend that much on calling from poland.... |

This is awful that sooo many people are having problems getting their tickets - they're quite happy to take the money as soon as we order but then they keep us hanging around - it's just not right; I much prefer the system of collecting tix at the box office. |
