i got to meet the band!!
booked out from camp (army camp) at 11pm n shared a cab with a friend straight to fort canning. caught half of the set. and later stuck around to waylay their van n meet the guys. they were just awesome. dougie especially. please come again soon travis! |

Wow lucky you!
I actually waited for 3 hours from 3.30-6.30pm on Friday at the airport, but no luck :-(

It's 2 short from the Korea setlist, without Chinese Blues & Blue Flashing Lights
They played from 11pm- 12.30am
So actually they played on 2 days ;-)
Highlights:
1. Andy climbing the pillar while playing guitar on All I Wanna Do Is Rock
2. Dougie & Andy playing the guitar for Fran during Flowers In The Window, & the band being together in front of the stage
3. Fran playing guitar while standing on Neil's drumset & jumping off to the stage on Side
4. Fran stopped playing & calling his guitar tech saying his guitar sounded like putting strings on a shoebox lol on Pipe Dreams
5. Why Does It Always Rain on Me? Pogo style after the chorus
6. The 4 new songs !

they were amazin in the concert!
and the best part is i got to meet them after the concert!!!!
managed to catch their minivan when they were leaving the venue at around 115am
they were so wonderful and friendly
they seemed like such geniune nice people
no airs at all abt them
they just stopped and took pictures with us and autograph our stuff
there were around 10 fans around
it was surreal!
ok i actually recorded the whole concert on my camera
heh rather shaky camera but the sound quatlity is pretty gd!

OH MY GODD!!!!!LUCKY YOU!!!!!!!i would have stayed if i knew they were gonna mingle with the fans!!!
Their GIG was just freaking awesome...i went back home thinking bout it the whole time and i couldn't get a wink of sleep!haha...it was definitely worth it!!!I got Dougie's guitar pick and my sis got his towel so we definitely came home happy=) |

wow I envy u too! U are so lucky! U waited there for them or u just happen to drive pass their van?? I really miss them, I'm now listening 'TURN' in office Youtube now! Still thinking of Sat nite!

The set was AWESOME!!!!!!
I was squashed along the barrier for 8 hours waiting for Travis, but it was worth it! Fran gave me a fleeting mention when he was introducing the new songs off the upcoming album because I was holding a pathetic looking banner reading 'Ode to Travis'! Hahahaa!!! |

yeah theyre damn nice la. i got a few cds autographed. i brought them in when i booked in and all my frens were like 'as if you can meet them' n all but i jus kneww i had to get em signed before i went back home.. so it just happened la.
now feel quite mixed. hard to get back to reality (army -.-) after the magic of meeting travis.
pity i missed half the set. arrived just as they ended sing. never mind hope they come again soon.. |

it was pure dumb luck that we met them!
was hanging around near e stage hopin that they might come out
one of the stage people told us to go round back as they will be leavin from them
so ran thru the main entrance and back to the back of the stage
saw their van about to leave thru the fence so jus waited at the fence
so suprised and glad they stopped when they saw us
jus came out and mingled with us and all
fran even took my camera and helped me take a pic!
they were really so sweet and nice
it was so surreal and wow!!!!
haha here r the pics i took w him! jus wanna share the joy
sorry abt e shakiness of the camera
was too damn excited to finally hear them live!

Wow u guys are really lucky! How I wish I'm inside the pics too!!! Fran is really a nice guy with no airs, he's so sweet. I think not many artistes will be so frenly, as in helping u take pics back! keke!
