i don't know, i think the first man, is looking at the street, and he looks at the feet of another man who's walking on the street.

Juli, I really liked your idea that it's a metaphor to represent him being torn as an individual. I asked my mom what she thought and she said "He's on a window ledge looking at his feet and contemplating suicide, picturing his body laying in the street." So, basically what Kayte and Anne said...but then he decides to go back inside from the ledge and puts the radio in the bath instead.

I think I like that idea better than my own now, lol. Can a switch? :/

I Think that's another option, that would jusify the latin part, "but for godsake get back" and the "satan would be please to see you"
but i don't know, i wonder if fran will ever tell us the true version?
