i think it's a possibility! going from stayin' up all night partying like a rockstar to having to wake up at the crack of dawn and spend all day at school...definite shock to the system.

I've been out of home for 15 hours, and I couldn't sleep much last night because I'm not used to it so I'm exhausted!
Buuuuuut! My classes were very very cool!!!! It's been a long time since I had classes this interesting!
The first one is called "Contemporary Sociology: individual and consumer society". And we talked about California and LA's life style :oP.
The other one is called "Anaysis of Genocidal Social Practices" and seems so so interesting. We talked about how Poland was the only country in World War II that had the six extermination camps that existed (there were concentrations camps in other places but no extermination camps).
So I'm very excited. Probably tomorrow's class will be shit, because I can't be that lucky xD.
Plus, I started tutoring again today (everything in one day haha) and I earned 22 pesos, which would be a bit more than 7 dollars... not much really but I'm happy anyway xD.
I'm going to take a shower and go to bed...

Edit: I'm not dead, you know? At least wait until the second week is over xD. |

But my endless day has a reason: classes concentrated in two days, so I have 5 off xD.
She was talking about consumerism. And we watched a bit of a Woody Allen movie "Scenes From A Mall", and it happens in LA. My professor talked indistincly about California and LA as the perfect example of consumerism. I don't know if you would agree with that :oP
Then she talked about the "northamericanization" of culture...
She was trashing the California / LA life style all together in a way :oP |
