I had one the other night. I was at a charity fund-raiser with a friend of mine. This friend always loses things, by the way, that's important to remember. Everything she has ever borrowed from me has been lost before she was able to return it. It nearly ruined our friendship at one point. Anyway, we were at this charity thing. There were lots of famous people there and we were collecting autographs. I don't collect autographs in real life and even if I did I would not pester celebrities at a charity event, but nevertheless, I was doing it in the dream. The ones I remember the most were the Weasley twins from Harry Potter. Then I saw Fran and I was running out of paper, so I had to use a small scrap for his autograph. He seemed kind of irritated by it. Immediately after, we were told that we had to switch rooms, because there were more people than they expected. So we all move to a larger room. For some reason, I asked my friend to hold my autograph papers. The new room was set up like a school cafeteria, with long tables and benches and people were starting to bring out bag lunches they had brought from home. I asked my friend for my autographed papers back and...guess what. Yes, she lost them. I was so mad. She said, "There's that guy eating his lunch, just go ask him again." Well, of course there was no way I was going to ask him again. I looked all over for the little scrap of paper, both rooms, the hall, even in the bathroom. But it was gone :-(
