I am OK that I'm not but I do love our the enthusiasm of the Argentinian boardies! I just thought it was funny that there are now multiple versions of the standard thread. Hubby wants to go there for our anniversary so perhaps I will be wishing I was from there next summer if I visit.
Just recently I figured out the jajaja thing. I realized that the j is pronounced like h (jose, etc.) so that is why. I felt stupid and proud all at the same time. (or maybe my reason is wrong and I will be feeling really dumb for sharing!)
Goosey, I do have a pic of Catherine in a red dress with white trim (think Mrs. Claus) with pink cowboy boots. I'll try and post it later for you. |

Yes, you're right! The j is pronounced like a strong h in English. And the h is silent.
So my name, for example, is "Juli" like "Huli".
To which part of Argentina does your hubby want to go to?
