Who used to do the chart show?

No, indeed, that is quite poor, especially given the 3 for £3 offer that means everyone bought loads of them. Does the Wee Store count towards the chart though?
Did they? :s
I don't know if it counts ... probably does, can't see why not.
When are you thinking of? Many people otherwise.
You have to be registered with the charts company, don't you? And the list of places that is is very secret. I think. Maybe... |

Probably circa 1992, lol.
Is it? I bet Google can find this very secret list.

Not sure, I'd only just been born, sorry! :)
Yes, very possibly. I think I might be heading very close to Prat avenue if it can :s |

Bye!
And just as I'd found this scintillating article on wikipedia to distract you for long enough for you to forget about disproving me! Whoever wrote this has far too much free time!
There's a nice history section for people like you too ;) |

Ouch. That is painful.
One of the best tracks on TBWNN only getting to #60.
I bet it didn't get any airplay then, did it?
This might be the trigger for them NOT to release a fourth single after all (although they really should). |

This is awful but i'm blameing the record company. Not heard the song once on the radio but have seen the vid once on "the hits".
After the tour thing they did i expected a huge responce to the singles but i expect many of the half fans don't even know my eyes came out as a single. |

I'm a big Travis fan, have been for years, and would never let anyone of my friends diss the band, but, between us, I do think this is a weak and extremely cheesy song.
No surprises at the chart position for me. There is better material on the album that would sound punchier on the radio, and get better results imho.
It may do better this week, but as a song, for me it's really not that great.
Mind you, I love Athlete and dislike Wires, so maybe I'm just the contrary type! |

Would there really be a point in a 4th single? |

Sad but not a huge shock. Not aware of it being playlisted much or the video shown anywhere and I've certainly not seen any TV performances.
All bands go through a period where they are not the in thing anymore so get ignored by the media. Sometimes there is just nothing you can do to get people to play or buy your records.
Although you could argue there maybe better songs on the album I'm not sure any would be more successful if the truth be told.

To be honest, there'll be loads of people out there who haven’t even realised Travis are 'back'. They probably think Travis is some random bloke who sang about Rain and retired in the early 2000's. The Marketing has been pretty abysmal, especially with Selfish Jean and My Eyes. If I were Travis, I'd find a new record label. |
