I thought it was just me :o)
Female vocalists generally sound too simple ...
The only ones I listen to (and really like) are KT Tunstall and Portishead

I know what you mean. My cd collection excists of 20% female singers and 80% male:)

haha, he would find a weird explanation so, no please ;o)

And another reason why I don't like female vocalists : most of them just don't have enough voice to sing. Like Charlotte Gainsbourg or Isobel Campbell. Nice voices but they don't have any "power"
