I have been listening to the preview(s) on SoundCloud. I am really quite fond of 'a different room' what a sweet melody. the rest of the songs are good as well. a perfect blend of instant likes and growers.

Between the samples on Amazon and soundcloud you can make up most of warning sign sounds absolutely amazing, has to be a single with mother. On a whole the album seems fantastic I really like new shoes and on my wall also, cannot wait to be able to play it:-) |

On my Wall sounds like Travis is still tied to the 90's..Good song but it's too short.Radio friendly song |

First thought: the album is super strong.
Eclectic, and still very homogeneous. I really like New Shoes, it has this extra bluesy vibe that is pretty nice.
I was a little disappointed with the song Where You Stand at first, maybe because I felt it was not catchy enough to be a single. Mother sounds like an instant classic.
The second half of the album is pretty impressive too, A Different Room, On My Wall, Boxes, The Big Screen which became an absolute favorite (which is very rare for me). It brought me back to a very specific memory and I have had the very same impression the first time I listened to 'You and Whose Army?' by Radiohead.
