If you find yourself needing support in this area, I'm here for you. I have years of experience in avoiding Nicholas Cage movies.
I saw a preview of his next one..It'll be a piece of cake
Was it the on fire skeleton riding a motorcycle one? That was a rough 2 minutes to endure. |

That´s a really good goal!
1. Get a job (I WILL insist on that).
2. Lose weight (I won´t tell you how much but it IS written down elsewhere).
3. Move out from my mother´s (bless her but I need a life that´s mine).
4. Learn how to walk properly in high heels.
5. Read at least 25 books (I´m feeling optimistic after 2011).

1. Get all necessary check-ups.
2. Go shopping often enough that we don't run out of food or toilet paper.
I may add to the list if I think of something.
July 12, 2012. I failed at my goal. Even though I have been going shopping more often, I still failed. I thought we had another package of toilet paper in the basement, but we did not. We ran out of toilet paper...while my child was on the toilet in need of it. I had to distribute small pieces of paper towel while my husband ran up to the corner store to buy some TP. |

I'm lucky enough to have a toilet paper aware husband. He has a routine in his cycling/shopping routines to buy paper on certain days. I'm happy it's off my list. He also takes care of pasta, canned tomatoes, cereals and other such things. |

I came very close to not making my goal (again). We had to make a 9:00PM toilet paper run and we're almost out of food if I don't go shopping tomorrow. |

This is probably the first year where I am looking like achieving a goal (lose weight/get fitter).
I took up jogging earlier this year and am trying to be more sensible with what I eat. Not rocker science! I have lost about 16 lbs so far. Another 14 lbs to go..
In other news, glad to say I haven't (yet) run out of toilet paper :) |

minnmess wrote: Okay, I'm starting this year's thread. Let's see if I remember my list...
1. Train and run a Warrior Dash http://warriordash.com/register2012_ontario.php
2. Visit at least 1 new province/state/country
3. Learn to play guitar
4. Do the Polar Bear Dip (I did this! 2012 is 2 days old and I got something crossed off of the bucket list)
5. Some sort of photo project. Not 365, but something else. I am open to suggestions.
what is on your list? We'll check back in a year. Assuming, you know...2012 doesn't actually result in the world ending. Which would be a serious bummer
I didn't even remember that I started this! Okay, year is ending and I did a lot of it!
Did the Warrior dash in July
Went to San Francisco in July
Didn't do so great with the guitar. Started to learn and then my teacher moved and I slacked.
Did the Polar Bear dip in January
Didn't do a photo project.
