Juli, maybe Argentina needs to have "Salesperson Day." Maybe then they'd feel appreciated and therefore be more helpful. ;o)

Oh, how rude they were. :( Forget about them, Juli!! *hugs*

Same here, when it's a hard day I feel totally refreshed listening to Travis! Their music is magical. :)

I’m dealing with some stuff in my life, and it’s not easy. When my “friends” keep bulling me for how I look, and who I am. They think I’m sick for listening to Travis. They always make me feel small, like I’m a freak or something. And one day I said to them that they had to respect me for who I am, and stop saying I have serious problems. But that really didn’t make them stop. They just keep on and on every day. It’s hard, and I hate to go to school. My teacher is a “care face” guy, he always complain how week I am, and I care too much that people say to me. When it really hurts. I thought they were my friends. I really don’t know what to do.

But listening to Travis really help they give the strength that I need to carry on. How they inspire me to not give up, and believe in myself that I can do it. And they seem so nice, like they really care for their fans. I don’t think I would hold on so long if I hadn’t someone to look up to. Their music is more than just singing a song, and playing some chords. It's a huge inspiration for us all.

Thank you so much Travis, you have really change my life.
(Sorry if sounds stupid. I just needed to let it out.)

You should get rid of those so-called "friends" who make fun of you. I would rather have no friends instead of ones who constantly put me down. Also, teachers are supposed to support their students. I hope you are able to make new friends, maybe some who like Travis:)

Agree with Lindsay. Cheer up, hope everything will be fine!!

I once asked my parents why there's a Mother's Day and a Father's Day but no Children's Day. They replied that every other day of the year is Children's Day. Though I don't want to admit it, they're right :)

Just as I was leaving Next yesterday Closer started playing. I thought about hanging round to listen but I'd already been in there for ages (I am one of the world's least decisive shoppers) so I left :(

Thanks so much for the support. I really appreciate it. I’m sure I’m going to be fine, but it going to take time.
Thank you so much again :)

Too many messages to quote, so I won't quote any :oP.

MsFatRat, I agree with Lindsay and Lee. If they're mean to you, then they can't be considered your friends. I had a hard time in primary school, with kids who I considered my friends talking behind my back, and being mean to me -it was awful. I thought I was the problem and that I could never make friends... ever! But I was wrong. I made tons of friends in highschool and ever since. So my advice would be to gain some confidence, believe in yourself and try to make new friends. There's always going to be people who don't like you, but I'm sure you'll meet some lovely people too along the way :o).

Jesús, Playmobils were GREAT. I <3 them! And yes, Children's Day is great!

Kayte, I just googled and found out that there is a salespeople day!!! October 1st. I don't know if anyone actually cellebrates half of these dates I found, but seriously, there's a day for everything. I'm begining to get upset because there's not a Sociologist Day, lol.
Last year I got a cool present for Secretary's Day... that was cool :oP.

Lee, thank you!! *hugs*

James, I'm also one of the least decisive shoppers. I had been plenty of time in the store and I had already purchased the gift, but I couldn't leave. And the one spot where the music was louder was the toy guns area... I'd never buy my niece anything like that, but I still pretended I might, lol!

i agree, too much to quote-- and i can't remember who said what, but that's my own fault..

maybe it is no coincidence that follow the light is on the invisible band! i mean, the album is about being invisible definitely, maybe it's just some cosmic coincidence that this particular song came on at that time...

also, i agree, travis are totally inspiring!! glad to see they change other people's lives as much as my own... yay travis!
