Check out The Kickdrums. They're pretty awesome.

I second the Phoenix recommendation, really good band (even though they're French).
Also if you haven't already heard of them and if you like bands like Blood Red Shoes or Los Campesinos!, you should try Sky Larkin (Beeline), Elle Milano (Meanwhile in Hollywood) and Johnny Foreigner (Feels Like Summer).
Oh and summer is always a good time to listen to some Ash :) |

Fall - Annaliese
Quick story: I went to school with her and she graduated with my sister. Also she used to live next door to my cousin. We recently became friends on Facebook, and I found out she was a singer/songwriter. She has an album available itunes. Lovely mellow voice. |

New music is my thang!
Heart Skipped A Beat - The XX: Kind of low key, easy going. Apparently they are really influenced by R&B, but it's more electronic in my opinion.
Ampling Alp - Yeasayer: This band kind of reminds me of MGMT. Song's pretty catch. Video's a little NSFW
Giving Up the Gun - Vampire Weekend: This gets my vote for best video of the year. |

Seconded! Hehe, My internet was broken the other day at work (so Streaming didn't work. I was so mad, I missed the Frightened Rabbit Lounge act at WOXY >:( )
Anyway, Odd Blood was the only album I had on hand, so I listened to it on repeat all day long.
I think I like Madder Red and O.N.E. better than Ambling Amp (but I like that one a lot too)
Madder Red
And 2080 from their previous album was always one of my faves.
I like Late of the Pier. They have a new song
Best in Class
