I asked him what he kept in his bag (AKA the sporran). Kristy wrote "ha ha Scottish man purse"
So I wrote, "At least I didn't call it a Scottish fanny pack."
Literally the second I pressed send I remembered that fanny over here has a different meaning.
I was crying I was laughing so hard.
What does it mean over there?
In Anne language, it means 'ladytown'
and Darran, shut up! You wanted her to post, i got her to post. Dont be such a nancy boy. |

I hate it when I'm tired and make stupid errors. |

ok this wasn't amusing but it kind of was only because it was so random...
today at work a woman came in to make a deposit..she's talking on her cell phone, i'm writing up the deposit slip and then i hear "if you keep it you're on your own. or our other option is: you can put it up for adoption"...i looked up and my cute little 22 yr old friend is standing in front of me and i whisper "this conversation just got interesting" and he whispers back "i know"
hahaha it just seemed so random that this woman is going about her business while she tells whoever is on the other line that she does not support her pregnancy. |
