I went to Manchester today, I discovered where all the vintage shops are and I have been going to Manchester for years.I really enjoyed looking in them, there just wasn't enought time though. I got a lovely little brooch for £2.50 and a lovely ring too and a retro skirt from the charity shop....oooooooooooooooo I love charity shops. The city was buzzing and I enjoyed being a city girl for a day but I always like to get back to the hills and countryside and tomorrow I will be back in my scruffs breathing the clean fresh air and being a country lass once more.

I felt horrible on Wednesday/Thursday last week, so I went to see a doctor. He said I'm stressed and anxious and he gave me a pill: muscle relaxant and anxiolytic. He literally wrote on my chart: "anxiety, anguish, she's about to get her degree". It's very pathetic.
And now I'm taking the stuff and I'm tired all the time. I still need to do a huge amount of stuff before Friday and I still have to go to work every day. I can't afford falling asleep in every situation. I really don't know how to deal with this, lol. |

Im sleepy but it is non medicine caused.
It was the launch of our new season at work today. I was here before 7am. Its now just after 2:30, the party/launch is over and Im going to fall asleep. I have yoga at 6 and I may just fall asleep in class.

That was completely allowed at the yoga class I took. And it happened sometimes. The teacher would never wake anyone up unless it was time to go. She was so cool. She had tiny jingle bells sewn in the hems of her pants. |
