Oh I had actually nearly forgotten about this! ha
A good sign surely! Gee, it's nearly 2 months now (with occasional slip up) but I'm proud!!!
There was a pack of cigs sitting in the staffroom at work and my boss came out to me going, I hope you are not back on the smokes!!! lol They ain't mine! I'm a happy non smoker haha. I think people are shocked I'm still off them.
Weird thing tho, I'm getting more sore throats and colds than ever before!!! :(
How everyone else getting along? tis v v hard.

You are doin' great !! hang in there, it's also normal to get ill when you get withdrawl symtoms, every time I stop drinking for a long period of time I get colds/flu. I'm sure I speak for most of us when I say we're very proud of you, but most of all you must be very proud of yourself, well done.
