My entire elementary school experience consisted entirely of Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwiches. I did not eat them for like Ten Years until my Senior year in High School. High School Caf. had the best PB & J EVER.
Also, CHEESE. |

High School Cafs scared me. I'm just going to go ahead and repress those memories now. Hahahaha.
Okay, so I leave my computer off for one day and cheese goes to page 4? This is unacceptable.
In other news, I just ate a mozzarella cheese stick, and it was delicious. And on a really old Naked Chef rerun on BBCA today, Jamie Oliver made a delicious-looking mozzarella salad with chili peppers. It looked great! |

For Reals, anyway, I saw some Dubliner at the Grocery store today and I was tempted to try it, but it was in an assorted cheese package and I didn't want to buy all those cheeses. There were no babybel, and I was disappointed because I wanted to see what all the fuss is about.
We got these really good Parmesan Fancy new Pringles though. |

Also, I saw that the Naked Chef was on last night, but I didn't watch it! Haha, If I would have known mozzarella was involved I might have made a different decision! |

Haha no, not fried cheese, just like a stick of string cheese. I've never had the Trader Joe's ones... is that what they are? Fried?
I do love fried cheese. There was this place called Spanky's in Lubbock that had the b-e-s-t. It's so good I had to spell out best. |

They're like bread sticks with crispy cheese on them. Maybe they were Parmesan flavour, come to think of it. Pretty tasty. |

Cheese Lasagna is on the menu for sometime this week from the Cooks Illustrated Magazine of FRICKIN' AWESOME FOOD. <--I recommend this publication to anybody who likes to cook and can follow instructions.

OMG ... this feckin thread is on page one again and you never stop talking about Cheese then when the opportunity arrises to buy some class A cheese (DUBLINER) ... you dont... FOR GOD SAKE GET BACK TO THAT STORE AND GET IT. ... NOW I TELL YE.

i like all the irish cheddars, think dubliner's been mentioned a bit.
really like cashel blue too. very nice indeed.
i have also been known to scoff down ridiculously processed and wonderfully named "easi-singles", although it's got so much salt in it that it probably counts as a condiment rather than a dairy product... |

true, true...seriously though how can they call a product "easi-singles"?
i'm afraid i know a crowd of boys who got that nickname and it wasn't because of their sandwich filling preferences either... |
