Is it one year ago already that Travis played at FUJI ROCK?? Wow...time flies!! Have fun at the Doves anyway. I've only seen them once YEARS back in 2002 supporting Travis in London. as for live dates...well, it seems like they gonna do a couple of acoustic shows in New York and LA and more to be anounced yet. I just watched Frans video anouncement...good for the US folks :)

YEAH woohoo! I hope I can make it to go! I SOO want to!...and it's only about 3,5 hours by train from home. But it's before my Spain holiday, too so all a question of money. Oh, we will see...probably I can't say no again in the end *lol* ;)

hm, well I THOUGHT the whole festival has been cancelled and not only Travis...hasn't it? Anyway if you go on Ticketpro.pl it says "Impreza odowłana!" at the Cracow Screen Festival shows which (I assume) means "event cancelled"..ah whatever, I take you by the word: seeing Travis with you in the near future! haha ;-P

Ooooh US and CA is just beyond my means I'm afraid. ;)But I decided to go to Crakow in May anyway and just make it a 4-days holiday. Well, the flights are payed, the Hostel is cheap so why would I forfeit the flight tickets and Crakow is supposed to be a beautiful city so why not? ;) I'm still pretty gutted about the cancelled festival. How can they cancel a whole festival?! What enormously problems appeared that they didn't see come when they announced the festival?! I don't get it. They didn't even sent an email about refunding the ticket amount or something. I mean it's not because of those 13 € but still...that much lack of organisation really pisses me off! I'm really sorry for the polish fans, too. I mean I have seen Travis twice already this year but I can't remember when they been to Poland last time...if they ever were at all! *sigh*

Ahhh...if anyone does share this passion than it's YOU I think, hehe! ;-P Thank you, I'm sure it's gonna be a funny trip...even though I'm just seriously thinking about to take a cheap flight instead of the train because it's about the same price (CRAZY!) and would shorten my travel a lot! Oh we'll see...I still have to convince myself of the advantage of flying, haha. I hate planes...from inside anyway ;) Woohoo, the day after tomorrow you'll see them in Osaka. I wish you 3 fantastic shows, Hiromi! Looking forward to your reviews! :D

Hey Hiromi! Yes I do, I must be completely insane!! *sigh* But what can I do, I'm just addicted to their live shows so...*shrugs* ;) Ticket is ordered, Hostel room booked and cheapest train connection is browsed already, too. That's gonna be a ride..about 13 ours there and 13 ours back, OMG! Unfortunatley I'm going alone without my friends this time so it won't be the same but I'm still looking forward to it. :) I'm crossing my fingers for you that they'll play "Where Is The Love" at one of your shows...and "Village Man", too! :D

hehe...yes, this time we will stay in Hamburg for the night. In a little Hostel called Budapester Hof, only about 8 minutes walk away from the Docks. Perfect! ;) And then right the next day Berlin, woohoo! Can't wait! :D

Wow that was a ride! Thanks to rail replacement service and a canceled train it took us 10 hours there and 12 hours back (me even 12 and 13 hours with the ride to Berlin) and the station in Essen was closed because of modification so we had to kill time in cold Essen until the first train in the morning. Next time we gonna take a hotel, haha. Ah well it was ok...and the concert was so fantastic! :)

yepp...Düsseldorf is pretty close to Essen, about 35 km from there. It looks quite good that Jana will join me again so I won't have to go all by myself :D Less than 4 weeks now, woohoo!

I must admit I did't take care for an accommodation in Essen yet. I'll wait a bit and see if I get at least one of my friends persuaded yet to join me or if I have to go all by myself this time. Well, it's pretty far away from me so it will take me about a 10 hours ride by train (to travel the cheapest way) Anyway...enjoy your three forthcoming gigs in February, too Hiromi! :) Maybe we happen to go the same concert again one day...who knows, hehe

Last time we stayed in Hamburg we were in the ETAP Hotel, can't remember the street exactly but it was about only a 10 minutes walk to the "Große Freiheit 36" from there. It's a Hotel chain that is really popular all over the country so I'm sure Berlin must have a lot of ETAP Hotels, too. They're mostly used by the young folks because it's really cheap and still comfortable. Maybe we gonna try the St. Joseph's the next time we are in Hamburg though :)

Well, to me Berlin is perfect for a gig because then I can stay with my friends who live in Berlin but when I go to Hamburg I take a Hotel or something, even though at our last gig we just went to the station and waited for the first train in the morning, haha. I guess it would be all easier if I had a car again because then I could drive right back home afterwards *sigh* I agree about Mc'Lays Guest House btw. Very comfortable AND cheap :)

Yepp, we stayed in the same place last year in Glasgow, McLay's Guesthouse :) I live neither in Hamburg nor Berlin but in a small town in Mecklenburg called Neubrandenburg. But Hamburg and Berlin are mostly the closest cities for a Travis show for me. :)

Oh Hiromi I so wish i could come to japan. Sadly my project was dropped (for the moment at least) so having no one putting a budget Japan is really way too expensive for me to afford it. But I doubt not that we'll see each others around at V :)
