I can't wait for it to start, there are only four teams I don't think have what it takes to win it - Austria, Switzerland, Turkey & Sweden. Any of the rest of the teams could do well.

Personally I'd like to see Portugal, Spain, Croatia, Holland or the Czech Republic win. They play the best football for me.

I'm hoping the Italians, Greeks, Germans and French don't win it. Not a big fan of them.

Should be exciting though, and a lot of great fixtures to look forward to.

I don´t know what Italy has, but they usually arrive at the last rounds ( Maybe strength & psychological
preparation). I don´t mean they don´t have very good players...

They have a really good defence, and enjoy boring the shit out of other teams, until the other team gets so fed up that they lose. Not an italian football fan.

I just don't think they're the same quality of team that did so well at the World Cup in Korea / Japan. I'll be happy if they prove me wrong........

Oh plus I just looked at their group - Portugal, Czechs and Switzerland. Turkey will be lucky to finish bottom of that one!!

You are right on that.Ex-world cup stars like Hakan Sukur,Hasan sas etc are no longer in the squad. We have relatively young team tho, with players like Tuncay Sanli,Emre Belozoglu(although they are around 25-26).So,I really do hope that they can prove you wrong as well :P

O.k., I´m not a strong fan of them & I don´t usually see their matches, but the definition of the style that Moray commented has to be with catenaccio.

I'm really hoping this is a lot better than the last world cup, it was diabolical, everyone expected it to be Ronaldhino's tournament, It wasn't. Nobody really shone through, the African nations put up a good fight but the standard from the rest of the world was poor with perhaps the exception of Argentina's game against Serbia and Spain's game against the Ukraine both of whom went on to dismal performances for the rest of the tournament.

I liked Poland's attitude during qualifying, hope they do well. I'd also like to see Romania get out of the group of death, highly unlikely with France/Italy/Holland but...

I just ho[pe it's a good tournament with some nice football, Please

Dubz
