Damn! I never used to have any problems with the mail until these past few months. First, Moray's scarf was stolen, then Almond sent me a letter in March and it arrived in June, now I'm supposed to receive FT and another letter and there's no sign of either of them yet!!!
What the hell is wrong with the Argentinian post??? :o( !!! |

I refuse to believe they're lost. I'm confident they'll arrive, even if it takes them a month or more to do so. After all, the letter Almond sent me arrived two months after she sent it. It took ages, but it got here.
I'm going to call the Post to complain today. |

Well, that wasn't part of the plan originally. But if they arrive before Saturday 28th, I'm taking them with me, because I won't have any time to show them around Buenos Aires before I go anyway, so at least they will get to do some sightseeing somewhere else. :oP And also meet and reincounter some boardies! :o)
I just hope they arrive before I go! :o( |

A lot of the stories would be sad though - endless in a dark place (AKA envelopes). |

(The photos are rubbish because I used the camera we have at work, which is awful).
Btw, what you're looking at is an exclusive view of the Casa Rosada (the Pink House, our government building), Plaza de Mayo and the building of Buenos Aires' mayor's office, right from floor 7 of where I work.
And then, it's FT with a poster of Carpani's painting of Rodolfo Walsh (a very famous Argentinian journalist who was killed in the last dictatorship).

ps- I can't see the pics, but that might just be my work computer. I know Ive had that problem before and they worked fine at home
edit: I tried cutting and pasting the photo url in and it tells me it is porn and is blocked at work. Umm, Juli, what are you doing to FT? please pass them over to Ale! |

Well, it's not my fault if Flat Andy wanted to take his clothes off for the photos. I told him it was inappropriate, but he wouldn't listen.
But it's funny it says so, because here at work I've got denied access to basically everything, includding image hosting sites. I found this one site that I could see, and then when I was about to upload the images it asked me whether they were "family safe" or not. I clicked on "safe". LOL! |
