Everyone's sayin' it, but I shall contribute a hearty CONGRATULATIONS!!! nonetheless. I know everyone thought it'd be a boy, but I fully thought it'd be a girl! Either way, baby Payne is getting an outpouring of love from us all.
(Great name choice, by the way.)
Dougie and Kelly . . . Delly . . . congrats! Get lots of rest, Kelly! You two will make disturbingly awesome parents. Baby Payne must be adorable! Share some pics with us! If you want, that is.
