Dougie joined in 1996 but we were already called Travis. I think we started calling ourselves Travis at some point in 1993 or 4. Before that we were known as Glass Onion. |

How did you come about to get hold of this ticket, as I presume you didn't go to the gig yourself?
Great find by the way.

Can you remember the names of the songs that you played at the first Travis gigs Fran?
This ticket image really should be added to the beginning of the Tour Archive even if you didn't go, as it is more than likely one of the first gigs they played, even without Dougie. This looks like an important part of history to me.
=====================================================
To the Travis Web Team:- Please add the following information to the Tour Archive, thanks!
Saturday 5th November 1994
King Tut's Wah Wah Hut, Glasgow, UK
ps - The Tour Archive FAQ HERE needs updating, as it says "listing the band's shows from 1996 up to the present -
This needs to be changed to 1994 now that we know that under the name Travis they played a gig that year.
pps - Why aren't there any Glass Onion gigs listed in the Tour Archive? There must have been a few gigs as them. |

BUt at the moment, they are in Colchester.
They are Travis fans. Very old Travis fans.
Then i had a deal with they...
That`s the why i get that ticket. |
