Crosstrained to this one today and it is Mega to workout to ...I am really enjoying Dance/ trance music since I started training, it focuses ones mind and you hardly notice you are exercising...Any recommendations would be appreciated.I never ever thought I would like this sort of repetative dance music.

Wow Thank you so much for the time and trouble it must have taken to do this post. I have really enjoyed listening to these , some of which I recognise but would have never known the titles of. Hopefully I will get hold of them and put them onto my mp3 player and will listen to them as I jog on the canal bank this spring and summer.There's something special about good music in your ears and the countryside.
