Hills - bicycles are just as capable of going up hills as cars are

Rain - wear a jacket

dark - get some lights

shopping - think of the money you'll save

I drive a Vauxhall Corsa. She is green and called Dorothy and I love her.

Fortunately we live really near the centre of Cardiff so most things are walking distance, but she and I do like to go on our little jaunts around the country.

I nearly bought one of these a couple of years back, British Racing Green with a tan leather interior, but it was a left hand drive It would have cost too much to insure !!

My boss at my old job (which I quit on Saturday) just turned 60 and every day off he's out for a cycle and run first thing in the morning. I'm almost certain he was the fittest person in the department

So none of us have an excuse
