Yeah I would agree with that! Wasn't really loud enough and wasn't as good as the gig in May...........................but I still left the Barrowlands with an enormous smile on my face.
The band got over some techy difficulties with the first 4-5 songs and played a blinder of a gig. Nice to hear Blue Flashing Light & Slide Show (reverse order you might notice) getting played and also the last 2 songs (which I may add a lot of the crowd missed) Happy & Back In Black being played. Got the last 2 tunes on my phone and will post as soon as my bluetooth starts playing nice! Great crowd (apart from the baldy twat in the white t-shirt that thought bumping folk out the way whilst being led by his hook nosed burd was the way to be) and great how the band got over the minor techy difficulties.
All I can say is 'Can't wait for the next Barrowlands gig!!'

Got a feeling we might be seeing some Travis in 2008

Ohhhh and good luck Dougie & Kelly in March/April (Fran wasn't sure!)

Brilliant time had by all. A few sound and guitar glitches but great crowd atmosphere and patter from Fran. Crazy crowd surfin from Andy. Where do you get the energy mate? Wonderful gig to be my last for 2007. All the best to all the Travis lads and to all the fans for 2008.

Oh........forgot to add that both support bands were absolutely fantastic! 1990's I knew of so was no surprise but The Taste were a revelation. The drum and guitar combo led to obvious White Stripe comparisons but there were no red & white gimmicks. Personally I prefer them and if you're going to Aberdeen then it is your loss if you miss them.
Loved the way Maria & Nick would introduce every song title as well.

A WOW Gig! Just posted a review and will do some pics later as am still in Hotel and on their computer which gives me a problem as anyone here that logs on automatically gets my password up and can post in my name! Yikes!!

Great to be in Glasgow :-)

EDIT: Fixed problem -I forgot to log out! ...am still jiggled

Forgot to mention a Security man confiscated my wee bottle of wine with a smile :-)and then swopped it for some water - Obviously not Jesus!

Was such an amzing gig !

As was mentioned above the atmosphere was AMAZING.

So glad i held on for the encore.

Even if i was stranded in glasgow afterward due to the rail engineering works.

Best song of the night ?
All i wanna do is rawk =)
