Oh, yeah, and the song Say Something New is one of my faves, by the way. Probably the only concretes song I know but it's great. I put it on my "As seen on TV" mix, since it was in a Target Commercial. :D

Hey I love The Concretes! Most people have never heard of them here. Well, I guess the same goes for Travis.

I even got a Travis song on there. Hehe.

I have to say that the band I'm diggin' most, and I'm sure some people can attest to this, is Bad Veins. They're from my hometown and I just love them to bits: Myspace

And the Dappled City's song, Vision Bell, really makes me happy when I hear it. I like the contrasting vocals a lot.

I know I should post this in the good movies thread but I wanted to pop in and say hi. We just watched "breech". It was fantastic. I think Chris Cooper is a genuis.

Well, they're a relatively new band, so I'd say not many people know them anywhere...except for maybe Texas, so You're ahead of the curve~! I think they're touring with the Arctic Monkeys right now.
I really love the E.P.s Like..a lot. They've shot straight up my Last.FM most listened to artists list. They're so darn catchy I can't help myself!

Raised by Wolves is still my fave song though. :D

Mostly I've been sleeping. I think I'm going to go to the grocery store in a minute to get an Itunes Gift Certificate for myself.
