Well done Anne. Within the past year I managed to lose 6 kgs and gain them again. So better get working on that again, just need to find the motivation so
1. Lose weight
2. quit smoking
3. do something with this shambles of an appartment
4. try to survive without losing my sanity to 3 teenagers
5. have a job as a psychologist- preferably child psyc.

Sorry guys,
but while I do think it's brilliant that Anne has lost so much and is getting there with one of her goals, I really started this thread so that it would be buried till December.
If you want to keep posting on this thread then that's cool, I can understand how it's supportive but may I suggest we start another and bury this one just to see how we manage over the year.
Only a suggestion, tell me to bugger off if you want.

I totally get what you're saying and if people want to bury it I'm down with that.
On the other hand, even if you don't post in it I think seeing this thread keeps the heat on you to stay accountable to your goals. Seeing it might be the difference as to whether it happens or not. Everyone has to decide for themselves whether or not something is worth doing but I think that putting something out there can help a lot of people stay accountable. |

Exactly, maybe we shouldn't bury it. Thank You

I've got my tickets for a 3 day music festival mid July. I'm dragging my husband along and forcing him to take the tent - no sneaking off to a hotel. I can't wait, just need good weather now :) |

My 12-week program has ended. I still have some more weight to lose so I've signed up for the next level class but wanted to share what I've lost so far:
19 pounds (8.61825 kg) and 10.5% body fat.
On my way to my target. Hurray! |
