I saw Field of Dreams with a male friend when it first came out. He had a million friends who were absolutely wild about baseball, and I was certainly not a sports fan at all. I asked him why he wanted to go with me instead of his baseball buddies and he said, "I knew you wouldn't make fun of me if I cried." |

Doesn't "Old Yeller" usually make these lists? I've never seen it. On purpose. |

I seem to recall that an F1 driver said he'd cried at 'Marley and Me'. I've never watched that film - can't do animals being ill/dying!
It is interesting why people cry at films - we all know that it's not real, so why do we cry and get so emotionally attached to the characters? |

Ok here is mine:
Life is Beautiful:
Instead of showing a scene i'll give you the main actors acceptance speech , which in itself was brilliant.

Also:
Midnight cowboy and Dead Poets Society are film endings i just cant handle. |
