I never liked it live. But then after about a week of owning the album, I realised how amazing it is. :) It's one of the best on Ode.

I didn't like it, i used to think OTJS would be even better without this song, but then after a long time, i started loving it, and now i thinkg it's amazing! i love it. But Quite Free stills my favourite from OTJS haha

Yeah I think my favorites are Broken Mirror and Quite Free, they both have a bit of old Travis with a new edge to them. Broken Mirror is very 12-Memoriesque ^^

Broken Mirror and Quite Free = awesome songs.
J. Smith and Something Anything are among my favourites off that album too. :o)

Why do MOST Travis fans seldom comment on the lyrics, its possible meanings/message and how it moves them? Such a travesty that Fran's songwriting get's next to no literary analysis/hint of recognition. Anyway I FIRMLY believe Broken Mirror is

how humans sometimes see themselves as ugly or unreal/unreality. John Lennon sang something similar in certain version of I Don't Wanna Face it: when I look in the mirror there's nobody there. Life can feel deadening, boring & hollow.
