I had my ipod on at work and Only Heart came on, but for the first few seconds I thought it was Beautiful Occupation. They have a very similar opening. Especially until the guitar kicks in in Beautiful Occupation. Although I suppose it is a common drum beat.
Anywho, that is my random observation of the day from my non technically inclined ear.

| Yeah,I think it sounds similiar.You're not alone,my ear usually does the same.For instance the beats after Elbow's song 'The Stops' always remind me of 'The Fear'. |

well yeah, not the same but I agree... John Mayer's song sounds like the beautiful occupation in a larger drums intro... I like only heart, is a good song... Thanx for sharing your thoughts here! Cheers!
