Well I don't think one needs official confirmation for everything ....:)
Telling from the comments (to Claes..) from the pics - and from that smiliar comment (actually there have been 2 of them) he told us here on this page and a bit earlier the same comment on twitter - makes it pretty clear it's him.
Ohter wise this "Doppelgänger" must be at least within Travis Crew...why do all the effort?
