So hey guys!
It's about 5am and just arrived home. So I won't write a whole review...
Just this: IT WAS FUCKING AWESOME! Not only were we (Brandon&Me) in the very 1st row directly in front of Dougie, so we could have a little chat now and then), no we managed (despite those fucking arsewholes of security guards) to catch them bout 1am at the exit! Dougie said something amazing to me...which still leaves me hovering :). But you know....with all this lack of sleep...hehe

The Show was simply said BRILLIANT! They had a wee problem with time management so I guess they skipped bout Good Feeling - but did Turn and Falling - in which Fran got into the crowd.

Dougie took amazingly care of a beautiful frightened girl...and kept comunicating with us - thx a lot!
Andy did this amazing stunt - which left me with mixed feelings: On on hand, it was awesome! How can he play up there doing this! On the other hand: Oh my God, if something happens to him up there...!

But as usual - he did just fine!

Fran jumpt around, talked to everyone and was full of energy! He was great!

Fun part: It was supposed to rain. When I woke up yesterday, there was a huge storm going on - much of rain - so they said: storm all over Switzerland: Instead we had the best wheather ever! warm - not too hot! perfectly for a nice festival at the lake! You could see the moon shining and reflecting in the late - and shootingstars!

Chris Cornell - was better than expected! Although he got really mad bout some shithead of the audience.

The first band sucked (imho) !

Thank you, Travis, for coming here, thanks so much!

It was the very best night ever!

And thanks, Dougie - it was really fun.

No the sun's up - damn!

So good night or good morning everyone!

Cheers from a very very happy, little girl,
who just started to believe again in the best of humanity,

called

Nora

I so happy you had such a great time Nora! Please give us some more details after you get some sleep:P

Hey Nora. Sounds great. :) I'm guessing they didn't play any surprise songs then? :) Glad you had such a great night.

I had such mixed feelings reading this Nora. On the one hand you can hear your excitement and "good feeling" which I love but on the other hand, I was completely miserable last night watching the clock, knowing that I should have been there too, bah! I'm still hoping that I might win the lottery between now and Gurten in July, haha! Any chance of posting the setlist once you've recovered a bit? Pleeease.

How many songs did they play? And a set list would be most welcome. Though I know it's difficult to remember. I always forget. lol

Man....I'm still happy...

I'm just coming from our own little gig tonight - it was awesome..but due to the lack of sleep since Wednesday, and due to my being at heaven - since last night -

I couldn't really concentrate. It went all great though- but still - mentally i wasn't there at all ..

Well, the setlist...good question...Brandon?

Intro: (This japanese song...they did in 2007)
Chinese Blues
Something anything
Long way down
Eyes wide open/Side
J.Smith
Love will come through
Fallin' (As far as I could tell unplanned)
Sing
Selfish Jean
Turn (As far as I could tell unplanned)
Driftwood
Re-Offender
Writing to reach you
Why does it always rain on me
Flowers in the window

So these are the songs I can remember..right now out of my head..but I'm dead tired and still kinda blown by all these lately happenings..

so maybe Brandon knows more...

cheers

ps thx again :)

I really enjoyed it....a bit too much I'm afraid..

Cool setlist. Nice to know they're still doing Side Wide Open. :) Not sure what you mean by "This japanese song...they did in 2007" I saw them twice in 2007 and don't remember any Japanese song. lol Thank you. :)

Thanks for the setlist!!
No wonder you had such a great time :D

If only I had enough money to stop working/studying and just buy tickets to see Travis perform anywhere in the world...
Is that to much to ask for?? :P

Well, for the time being I'll have to settle with this:

0:48 mins of Sing (They look as if they were really enjoying themselves!)

0:43 mins of Re-offender (closer to the stage)

Flowers in the window - Caribana Festival (Top? What top? Wow, those close-ups! Haha)

Nora and Brandon, where were you? I know Dougie's side, but can you see the back of your heads there? ;)

That's all I was able to find so far!
I missed watching live videos...hopefully more will appear in the next couple of days :)

Haha Ana,

I don't think so

Brandon and me were in the very first row - and the space between the audience and the stage was half a metter at max.

It was amazing...
